Proposal :

• W3-1878 is a well performance and iconic 3” driver  in TB Speaker products. The frequency response of this 3” full range driver is from 75 – 20K Hz with flat response curve.
• The SUG1-01 enclosure design is back loaded horn design. The port of this design is built by internal wooden structure. Low frequency that generated by speaker driver can be extend and strengthen by this internal port design.
• With this enclosure design, the FR can reach 60 – 20K Hz. In short words, it is very impressive, a small 3” enclosure can easily achieves this sound performance.

SUG1-02 4" Full Range, Back Horn Enclosure Suggestion

Proposal :

• This 4” W4-1879 full range speaker driver is same series as W3-1878 which is low distortion design and well-known in the industry.
• From the speaker size point of view, the W4-1879 is one inch larger than W3-1878. The frequency response of it is full range from 55 – 20K Hz. The overall performance of W4-1879 is better than W3-1878.
• This SUG1-02 is back loaded horn design. With enclosure internal horn port structure and special port length design, the speaker can reach perfect sound and low bass with such  a small enclosure.

SUG1-03 5” Full Range, Back Horn, Floor-Standing Enclosure Suggestion

Proposal :

• For audiophiles who pursue the great sound, this 5” W5-1880 full range speaker driver is a good choice. It not only maintains good characteristics of 3” and 4” series drivers, but also has better performance of low bass.
• Sensitivity of this driver is 88 dB. It is easy to match amplifier to generate good sound.
• This floor standing speaker is also a back loaded horn design. Not like 3” and 4” are bookshelf design,. It needs longer port and larger horn outlet diameter. It’s a great full range enclosure suggestion design.

SUG1-05 3" Full Range, Vented Enclosure Suggestion

Proposal :

•  W3-1878 is a well performance and iconic 3” full range bamboo paper cone speaker driver of TB Speaker products.
• This is vented enclosure design for W3-1878.
• In order for great sound quality, this design also included a plastic port.
• SUG1-05 compare to SUG1-01( back loaded horn design) has smaller enclosure size, faster and dynamic sound performance. But low bass is not as good as back loaded horn design.

SUG1-06 4" Full Range, Vented Enclosure Suggestion

Proposal :

• This is a vented enclosure design with 4” W4-2142 full range speaker driver.
• The main characteristic comes from the W4-2142 driver, this 4” is low distortion and high efficiency. Different driver characteristic brings different sound performance. This 4” driver is very good for this vented enclosure design.
• 10 L enclosure volume is calculated by TB team, and this volume can allow W4-2142 driver to have great sound performance between 65 ~ 20K Hz.

• This vented enclosure suggestion is using a well-known 6.5” full range driver – W6-1916.
• This is a high-end full range speaker driver. With TB patented designs, it can easily reach 91 dB SPL and great dynamic moment. The bamboo fiber high frequency whistle and aluminum phase plug can maintain perfect sound performance.
• From acoustic engineer’s point of view, this 6.5” high sensitivity full range driver is very suitable for vented bookshelf design. Not big box volume and easy to match amplifier are its advantage. Low distortion and high efficiency , the best sound solution for hi-fi lover !
